I am posting here to hold myself accountable tonight. I really REALLY don’t feel motivated to do my yoga. Yet, I know I need to. I’m in a good routine with exercising and I don’t want to mess it up. So, I’m posting here to remind myself that it’s worth it. Getting fit is my goal and I can’t do it sitting in this chair. So, here I go. Yoga time, it is!! Wish me luck…
PS: I DID IT!! I’m glad I did. I am already starting to feel an increase in my flexiblity. Sweet! 😀

Girl, I am in a big ole slump. It has been a week now since I”ve worked out at all. I feel like dirt but I should still be doing something…..

Well, here is what I do…
If I can put on exercise shorts and a tee and LIKE what I see in the mirror – I can take a break. If I don’t like it, I work out. Guess what? I’m working out.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t have a bad self image. But, I know I have problem areas that I need to fix. I also know I want to get fit. So, that’s how I motivate myself. So far, so good. 😀
