I am posting here to hold myself accountable tonight. I really REALLY don’t feel motivated to do my yoga. Yet, I know I need to. I’m in a good routine with exercising and I don’t want to mess it up. So, I’m posting here to remind myself that it’s worth it. Getting fit is my goal and I can’t do it sitting in this chair. So, here I go. Yoga time, it is!! Wish me luck…
PS: I DID IT!! I’m glad I did. I am already starting to feel an increase in my flexiblity. Sweet! 😀
